These terms explain the basic rules for using India Local Connect as a visitor, business owner, advertiser, city admin, or platform admin.

Use of the platform

Users must provide accurate business, contact, payment, and advertisement details. Listings may be reviewed, edited, rejected, hidden, or removed if they appear fake, misleading, illegal, harmful, or unsuitable for the platform.

Business listings

Free and paid listings are meant to help customers discover local businesses. Premium or featured placement may improve visibility, but it does not guarantee leads, calls, WhatsApp messages, revenue, or ranking in every search.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans, advertisements, and sponsored placements are subject to the pricing shown at the time of purchase. Taxes, invoices, renewals, refunds, and cancellations should be handled according to the final production payment policy.

User responsibilities

• Do not upload fake listings, false reviews, illegal content, or copyrighted media without permission.
• Do not misuse phone numbers, WhatsApp links, leads, or customer information.
• Do not attempt to access admin features unless authorized.

Changes

India Local Connect may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use of the app means you accept the latest version.
